Barks at any dog walking by, growls when a car parks on the street, whines at demon squirrels... Good doggo.

Sh e’ll chill out as she settles in. Be grateful you’re not in a duplex, our dog lost his shi t every time the neighbors went in o r out for 2 whole weeks.

How would you describe the Duplex Lyfe? I imagine it’s 75% superior to the middle-floor-non- corner apartment Lyfe.

It s great as long as you get along with your neighbors. I suppose it’s like living in a house, just one neighbor is really, really close. Our place even  has the back yard split.

I like those duplexes where the only shared wall is the sort of utility cavity between the garages. Though I often lament that they could have easily just been two detached single family homes.

What I just don't get about that style is that these are typically owned by the tenants. In my mind it that basically gets you the main drawbacks of both renting and homeownership and very few of the perks.
